“The location was great! Near downtown beside a small park and near Bowdoin College. The staff was pleasant, busy and stealth-like. They were around and helpful if needed, but not often seen, The well-maintained property is indicative of the staff's high standards and hard work. The buildings are well-maintained with great attention to detail. The buildings are well designed with interesting and high-quality fixtures and interesting features. Everything was comfortable. and well-thought out. The coffee in the Carriage House was special. The rocking Adirondack chairs on the front porch were comfortable with cushioned seats and blankets. The gardens were well kept and, again, someone pays attention to detail, but we never saw anyone working on them. Classy and interesting Inn!.”
